From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the exceeding of our high expectations. the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in our room were a pleasant surprise, and the sitting area with a dining table allowed us to relax and enjoy a meal in comfort. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the washing machine in the room was a lifesaver for our extended stay. the electric kettle made it easy for us to enjoy a hot cup of tea while watching a movie on the flat-screen TV with beautiful parquet floors underneath. With a variety of excellent dining options just steps away from the hotel, including Pizza Express, Gordon Ramsay Maze Grill, and L'Artigiano Restaurant, we were spoiled for choice. Overall, our experience at this hotel surpassed all our expectations and we can't wait to return for another exceptional stay.
